1. Login to your account by clicking the "My Account" link in the upper right corner of the site. You will be prompted for your user name and password. If you forgot your password, you can click the password reminder link and it will be emailed to you.

2. Once you login to your account, you will see the following "My Account" page. Click the "Order Status / History" link:

3. You will see an orders search form. Enter the order number in the text box indicated in the following diagram and click the "Search" button. If you forgot your order number, simply enter a date range in the drop-down menus and click the "Search" button.

4. The search results will appear just below the form. Click the linked order number as shown below.

5. You will see the order details page. At the top will be the order status and tracking data. If your order has been shipped and tracking data has been provided by the shipper, then you can click the tracking link and you will be forwarded to the shipper's website to see the tracking details.
